    Components of a Complete Luton Asphalt Concrete Plant

    Cold Raw Material System

    To obtain a high-quality asphalt concrete mixture, a uniform and precise supply of cold aggregates is required.

    Our conveyor feeder is equipped with a frequency converter, allowing you to change the speed according to the capacity and proportions.

    Drying System

    1. The drying drum is made of high-quality thermal insulation material and lined with stainless steel, which provides good thermal insulation properties. The entire design is neat and easy to understand.
    2. The inner blade of the filler is made from boiler steel, bolted together for long life and easy maintenance.
    3. The all-wheel-drive system provides smoother operation and lower noise levels.
    4. The roller and roller shaft are made of steel alloy, which promotes uniform thermal expansion of the cylinder. This design solves the problem of thermal cracks in the elastic plate.

    Mixing System

    1. Features double shaft and double helix, long axis and short lever, shallow structure.
