PRINCIPLE
Crushing Plant Working principle
Mobile Crushing Plant
The material enters the cavity and falls on the high-speed rotating movable hammer head. After the impact between the hammer and the counterattack plate, the material is initially broken in the hammering area.
After being repeatedly hammered and counter-attacked with high frequency, the material falls on the middle partition, forming accumulation, slipping, falling on the throwing plate of the lower rotor rotating at high speed, and being thrown to the counter-attack plate at high speed to collide and fall.
It is forced to counterattack, crush and grind by the movable plate hammer. Therefore, the material undergoes multiple composite crushing, scouring and grinding during the process of falling under its own weight, thereby achieving the effect of fine crushing.
Combined Crushing Plant
The mobile construction waste mobile station forklift shovels the construction waste to the vibrating feeder and evenly transports it to the vortex counterattack.
The discharging belt conveyor is equipped with an iron remover to remove iron materials such as steel bars. Then the material is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor.
Screening, this screening stage can screen unearthed and domestic garbage. It can also screen out 1-3 sizes of net materials, which can be used as regenerated bricks, wall panels, floor tiles, etc.
Impact Crushing Plant
The material in the counterattack mobile crushing station is uniformly transported to the crusher by the feeder. After being initially crushed by the crusher, the circular vibrating screen forms a closed circuit system to realize the cyclic crushing of the materials.
The materials that meet the particle size requirements are output by the conveyor to achieve production purpose. The mobile crushing station can also remove the circular vibrating screen according to actual production needs, and directly crush the material initially, and then cooperate with other crushing equipment for specific operations, which is convenient and flexible.
